Manufactured from 60 x 30mm steel tube with slot punching on a 50mm pitch.

*Nominal Heights: The total Heights of the Upright Posts excluding the Levelling feet.

*Nominal Depths: The depth of he horizontal leg excluding the thickness of the Upright Post.  The Nominal Depth is the same as the Nominal Depth of the Base Steel Shelves that sit on the leg.

Infill Panels

Select from 5 types of infill panels in a range of modular sizes to suit any height shelving units

1) Punched Sheet Metal Pegboard

Description:

• Sheet metal panels with ‘volcano” style punchings to accept standard pegboard hooks and accessories.
  (see section Grooved Panel Accessories for further details)
• These panels clip into the punched Upright Posts without the need for special tools. Specified for displays that is a combination of shelved and hang-sell stock

Specifications:

• 1mm sheet steel. Powder coated.
• 5mm punchings on 25 x 25 grid

Standard Sizes:

• Widths: 900mm, 1200mm
• Heights: 300mm, 450mm, 600mm
• Mix these panel heights to match the heights of the Upright Posts.

2) Plain Sheet Metal

Description:

• Plain sheet metal panels. Generally specified for displays that are mostly shelved stock.
• Also used to prevent stock falling off the back of the shelves.
• hese panels clip into the punched upright posts with the need for special tools.

Specifications:

• 1mm sheet steel. Powder coated.

Standard Sizes:

• Widths: 900mm, 1200mm
• Heights: 300mm, 450mm, 600mm
• Mix these panel heights to match the heights of the Upright Posts.

3) Punched Metal Louvre

Description:

• Sheet metal panels with special ‘louvre’ punchings to carry most types of plastic small parts storage containers.
• These panels clip into the punched Upright Posts without the need for special tools.

Standard Sizes:

• Widths: 900mm, 1200mm
• Heights: 300mm, 450mm, 600mm
• Mix these panel heights to match the heights of the Upright Posts.

4) No Fill

Description:

• Uses Top and Bottom Horizontal Rails to join the Upright Posts.
• These Rails clip into the Upright Posts without the need for special tools.
• Typically specified for applications using baskets or bookshelves.

Specifications:

• 2mm sheet steel blade with 1mm capping.
• Power coated.

Standard Sizes:

• Widths: 900mm, 1200mm
• Other sizes custom manufactured to suit specific applications.

5) Grooved Panel

Description:

• Grooved Panels are manufactured from solid panels of medium density fibreboard (MDF)
• The grooves run horizontally and provide the means of attaching the display accessories.
• The accessories range includes more than 100 different items including shelf brackets, clothing arms, bins and prongs and hooks.

Specifications:

• Standard Grooved Panel Board thickness is 18mm.
• Standard grooves 75mm and 100mm,
• but can be configured to your requirements.

Standard Sizes:

• Widths: 900mm, 1200mm
• Heights: Up to 2400mm to suit the application.
